Basically, you can vape them all straight away, however, all liquids have the best of some steeping for some time and dessert liquids would need more time to steep before they have their full flavor compared to fruit flavors.
Fruit liquids: Around 7 days and you get the most out of it.
Dessert/Custard: minimum 2 weeks before it starts to get the full body of flavors – 6 weeks would be optimal.

that is correct, however remember you make the flavour more less concentrated in this way, i only recommend to add 2 x base.
