You can track your order by clicking on the option you choose to ship with, simply copy the tracking code and click on the shipping option selected.
DHL: If you have selected DHL / DHL Express, you can manage your shipment with the official DHL / DHL Express APP. There you can change the delivery option to one of DHL’s many service points if you are not home at the given time DHL comes and delivers the package.
Asendia: With Asendia you won’t be able to track the package the first 2-3 working days due to transport of the parcel from our warehouse to Asendia sorting facility in Germany. When Asendia receives it, you will be able to see updates on the parcel from that point.
All Post: With post you can track your package with Packeta until your parcel arrives to your country, the tracking gives from post won’t work before it arrives to the selected post service in your country. When arrived to selected post service you can track it via selected service. Please note that its normal that the package don’t have any updates from Prague sorting facility until the parcel arrives to your country and this normally takes around 2-3 working days before the package transported from Prague post sorting facility arrives to your country.
